Terms of Service

Last updated July 2026. These are the terms you agree to when you use OffCycle. We've kept them plain-English.

1. Who we are

OffCycle ("we", "us") is a job-discovery service for finance students and graduates, operated by its founder. You can reach us at admin@offcycle.net. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. What OffCycle is

We aggregate publicly available job listings from company career systems and link you to the original posting, and we offer tools to search, save and track roles. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any of the firms whose roles appear on the site.

3. Accuracy of listings

Listings are gathered automatically and refreshed regularly, but we cannot guarantee that every role is current, complete, or still open, and application deadlines or details may change at the source. Always confirm the details on the employer's own page before applying. We are not responsible for hiring decisions, application outcomes, or the content of third-party sites we link to.

4. Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your password secure, and be responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country. Don't misuse the service, no scraping or bulk-extracting our data, no attempts to break security, no reselling access, and no unlawful or abusive use. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

5. Premium subscriptions

6. Cancellation & refunds

7. Availability

We aim to keep OffCycle running smoothly but provide it "as is" and "as available". We may change, pause, or discontinue features, and we don't promise uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, OffCycle is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for fraud). Where our liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use OffCycle after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of residence, and any disputes will be handled by the courts there, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
